PBS是一个批处理和计算机系统资源软件包,是国内外高性能计算机集群普遍采用的一种作业管理系统,具有易用性、可移植性、适配性和灵活性的优点。本文通过对PBS系统进行分析,了解其内部原理及实现方式,依托河南理工大学高性能计算平台,对其作业调度系统做进一步优化,通过缩短作业的等待时间来提高集群计算的效率。
PBS是一箇批處理和計算機繫統資源軟件包,是國內外高性能計算機集群普遍採用的一種作業管理繫統,具有易用性、可移植性、適配性和靈活性的優點。本文通過對PBS繫統進行分析,瞭解其內部原理及實現方式,依託河南理工大學高性能計算平檯,對其作業調度繫統做進一步優化,通過縮短作業的等待時間來提高集群計算的效率。

PIgS is a batch processing and computer system resources software package, it is also a job management system that widely used by high-performance computer cluster at home and abroad, with the advantage of ease of use, portability, adaptation and flexibility. Through the analysis of internals and implementation of PBS system, and rdying on high-performance computing platform on Henan Polytechnic University, this paper optimize the job scheduling system by shortening the job waiting time to improve the efficiency of cluster computing.
