目的：探讨心理干预对弯曲牙牵引矫治术中患儿合作程度的影响。方法：对来我院儿童口腔科就诊的7-10岁45例弯曲牙牵引矫治术患儿随机分组。干预组：25例在术前、术中进行心理干预。对照组：20例按常规进行护理，观察患儿的合作程度，并进行评估。结果：干预组手术的合作程度高于对照组，P＜0．05。结论：对弯曲牙牵引矫治术的患儿进行心理干预可以有效地提高患儿的配合度，疗效满意，家长满意。
目的：探討心理榦預對彎麯牙牽引矯治術中患兒閤作程度的影響。方法：對來我院兒童口腔科就診的7-10歲45例彎麯牙牽引矯治術患兒隨機分組。榦預組：25例在術前、術中進行心理榦預。對照組：20例按常規進行護理，觀察患兒的閤作程度，併進行評估。結果：榦預組手術的閤作程度高于對照組，P＜0．05。結論：對彎麯牙牽引矯治術的患兒進行心理榦預可以有效地提高患兒的配閤度，療效滿意，傢長滿意。
목적：탐토심리간예대만곡아견인교치술중환인합작정도적영향。방법：대래아원인동구강과취진적7-10세45례만곡아견인교치술환인수궤분조。간예조：25례재술전、술중진행심리간예。대조조：20례안상규진행호리，관찰환인적합작정도，병진행평고。결과：간예조수술적합작정도고우대조조，P＜0．05。결론：대만곡아견인교치술적환인진행심리간예가이유효지제고환인적배합도，료효만의，가장만의。
Objective:To study the psychological intervention on the cooperation of children underwent correction of dilaceration of tooth with the traction .Method:45 cases of children from 7 to 10 years old un-derwent correction of dilaceration of tooth with the traction in our hospital were divided into intervention group (25 cases) and control group (20 cases).The preoperative, intraoperative psychological intervention were a-dopted in the intervention group ,while the normal nursing were adopted and then assessed the cooperation of children during operation in control group .Result:The cooperation in intervention group was better than that in the control group , P<0.05.Conclusion:It can improve the cooperation of children , with better effect through psychological intervention for children underwent correction of dilaceration of tooth with the traction .
