The industrial culture,a cultural phenomenon precipitated in the entity economy and a- bility, is the unity of industrial economy and industrial spirit. Industrial culture wouldn＇t work without the industrial existence, large- scale industries, industrial products, advanced productive forces and e- conomic contribution. Since the emergence of the modern scale industry, Tianjin industrial culture has been an integrated productive cultural system composed by material and spiritual elements, which in- clude the industry creation and production management, technology, material creation, as well as indus- trial ethics, business philosophy, values, systems, patterns of behavior, organization and brand image.
