利用共沉淀法制备壳聚糖微球(chitosan microspheres,CS),然后采用逐层自组装(layer-by—layer assembly,LbL)的方法制备了磁性壳聚糖微球(magnetic chitosan microspheres,M—CS),并用其固定果胶酶。分别研究了固定化果胶酶在水相介质中的pH和温度的稳定性。研究发现,固定化果胶酶的最佳反应pH为3.5,最佳反应温度为50℃。
利用共沉澱法製備殼聚糖微毬(chitosan microspheres,CS),然後採用逐層自組裝(layer-by—layer assembly,LbL)的方法製備瞭磁性殼聚糖微毬(magnetic chitosan microspheres,M—CS),併用其固定果膠酶。分彆研究瞭固定化果膠酶在水相介質中的pH和溫度的穩定性。研究髮現,固定化果膠酶的最佳反應pH為3.5,最佳反應溫度為50℃。

In this experiment,chitosan microspheres were prepared by in-situ precipitation method and then the pectinase was immobilized onto a new type of magnetic chitosan microspheres (M-CS) support from layer by layer approach. Various characteristics of immobilized pectinase such as the pH stability and thermal stability were valuated. Among them the pH optimum and temperature optimum of immobilized pectinase were found to be pH 3.5 and 50 ℃.
