By analysis the influencing factors of the environmental protection performance of polyurea technology, its environmental protection mechanism was revealed. The polyurea technology and current major new environmental protection coatings were compared, some advantages and disadvantages were obtained based on the present researches and applications situation. Two typical polyurea projects were selected to mirror its environmental protection performance.
