以自制的改性环氧树脂和水性胺类固化剂为基料,加入锌粉防锈颜料和助剂,研制了一种水性环氧富锌底漆,并对涂层的耐盐雾性、耐盐水性和机械性能进行了测试。结果表明:锌粉的添加量在75%~80%时,漆膜的防腐蚀性能最好;1%有机膨润土与0.5%气相二氧化硅配用,可有效解决水性环氧富锌底漆中锌粉沉降、结块的问题。

A water based epoxy zinc rich primer was prepared with self-made modified epoxy resin and water based amine curing agent as the base material, in addition to zinc powder as antirust pigment and additives. The salt spray resistance, salt water resistance and mechanical properties of the coating were tested. The test results showed that anti-corrosive performance of the film was the best at the zinc amount 75%-80% ; settlement and caking of zinc powder could be eliminated by using a mixture of 1.0% organobentonite and 0.5% fumed silica.
