研究了Zn粉促进的aza-Michael加成反应,通过利用胺类化合物与α,β-不饱和酯类化合物的共轭加成,成功实现了无溶剂条件下β-氨基酯的环境友好合成.反应避免了有机溶剂的使用,实现了反应物、催化剂和产品的绿色化,尽可能的实现了零排放.

A rapid and efficient aza-Michael addition of aliphatic amines wit electron-deficient alkenes promoted by zinc powder under solvent-free conditions was reported, and the corresponidng β amino ester compound was obtained in good to excellent yields. The reaction avoided the use of lrganic solvents, which renders the methodology highly valuable from both en- vironment and economic points of view.
