以异黄酮标准物质和人血清白蛋白为模型,采用超滤质谱法建立了一种从天然提取物中筛选鉴定活性物质的方法。利用此方法从大豆异黄酮粉提取物中筛选并鉴定了4种能与人血清白蛋白结合的异黄酮物质,验证了该方法的有效性,为筛选出与靶蛋白相互作用的具有生物活性的药物分子提供了新的实验途径。
以異黃酮標準物質和人血清白蛋白為模型,採用超濾質譜法建立瞭一種從天然提取物中篩選鑒定活性物質的方法。利用此方法從大豆異黃酮粉提取物中篩選併鑒定瞭4種能與人血清白蛋白結閤的異黃酮物質,驗證瞭該方法的有效性,為篩選齣與靶蛋白相互作用的具有生物活性的藥物分子提供瞭新的實驗途徑。

Ultrafiltration Mass Spectrometry is a new analysis method that studies the interaction between pharmaceutical molecule and target protein. This paper chooses isoflavones and HSA as standard compound and protein model respectively, to build a methodology that identify the active compounds from natural extract by ultrafiltration mass spectrometry. It identifies four isoflavones compound that extract from soybean isoflavones tablet, which could binding on HSA by this method. Therefore, the methodlogy shown in this paper is practicable, and supply a new method to screen bioactive pharmaceutical molecule that could interact with target protein.
