The paper introduced 12 high speed video DAC converter circuit which was accompanyed with high speed differential analog switch applied with the national invention patent, on the basis of the DYL high speed video DAC which was invented by Chinese. It meanwhile eliminated the disadvantage with high output impedence and limited application in the traditional approach. With aspects of structure, process, correction technology and test, they were discussed on the basis of the researched high speed DAC.
