设计了挤压式磁流变脂阻尼器,对磁流变脂阻尼器进行了示功特性试验。采用Matlab对试验数据进行分析和处理,研究了在不同激振频率和激励电流作用下磁流变脂阻尼器的阻尼力和位移的关系以及示功图的变化规律,得出了磁流变脂阻尼器最大有效加载电流和最大有效激振频率。

Abstract: Squeeze-type damper is designed with non-sedimentation material of the magnetorheological grease. Indication characteristic tests of magnetorheological grease damper are presented in this_pa- per, and the test-data is processed with Matlab software. Under different current and frequency, the characteristic relationship of damping force-displacement and changes of the indicator diagram are studied experimentally. It comes to the maximum effective load current and the maximum effective vi- bration frequency of magnetorheologic grease damper. It can also provide important support for MRG damper in development and applications by knowing capacity deeply.
