应用LVDV-Ⅲ+型可编程流变仪测定了氧化铁悬浮液经凝聚剂-PAC聚集处理后的流变特性,考察因素包括凝聚剂种类、PAC用量。结果表明,聚集处理氧化铁悬浮液属于非牛顿流体,具有剪切变稀的特性,剪切应力与剪切速率的关系可用Herschel-Bulk模型描述;表观粘度随凝聚剂反离子价数的增大而增大;表观粘度随絮凝剂投加量而变化。结合混凝与流变学理论简要分析了上述实验结果的机理。

The rheological parameters of coagulation-PAC combined treatmented Fe2O3 suspensions were measured by using a programmable LVDV-Ⅲ + rheometer.The influences of species of coagulants and concentration of PAC on the rheo-parameters of the suspensions were examined and analyzed.It was showed that the suspension is non-Newtonian fluid,with shear-thinning properties and the rheological behavior of the coagulation-PAC combined treatmented suspensions could be described by the Herschel-Bulk model.Apparent viscosity increases with the number of valence anti-coagulant increases;apparent viscosity vary with the flocculant dosage.The mechanism of the results mentioned above is analyzed with Coagulation and rheology theories.
