美军为实现其军事转型中人才战略，满足信息化条件下的联合作战需要，建立和推行了联合军官管理制度。通过对美军联合军官管理形成与发展、内容与做法等介绍，提出了适合我军实施联合军官建设与管理的建议。

미군위실현기군사전형중인재전략，만족신식화조건하적연합작전수요，건립화추행료연합군관관리제도。통과대미군연합군관관리형성여발전、내용여주법등개소，제출료괄합아군실시연합군관건설여관리적건의。
For implementing military human resources strategy, US military forces built the joint officer management sys- tem, meeting the demand of the joint operation under the information - based condition. Through introducing the formation and development, content and practice of the joint officer management, some adviees were brought up on the implementation of the joint officer construction and management.
