本文主要针对浙江天气网现有的网络带宽和网络需求，在建设浙江气象政务外网和浙江气象台风专题过程中，探讨利用F5-BIG-IP（以下简称F5）设备搭建网络和服务器负载均衡，以解决在重大天气过程中面对大量用户并发访问业务平台可能引起的网络设备过载、网络瓶颈以及网络堵塞，以及应急状态下的线路备份等问题。
