为了省去仪器测量中重复而复杂的手工操作和计算,避免人为误差,提高测量效率,以VisualC++6.0为开发平台,应用虚拟仪器软件VISA库函数与可控仪器的标准指令(SCPI)的混合编程,通过通用接口总线(倒马口进行数据传输,对姆1ent53132A计数器设计了一套程控测量系统。通过使用该系统对高稳时钟源进行测量可以发现,该系统操作简单,且测量精度高,便于事后进行进行分析再处理。

In order to avoid complicate and repetitive manual operation and calculation and human errors caused by the tedious and repetitive work, solve the problem of relatively low precision during the manual operation and improve measurement efficiency, this paper designs a program-controlled measurement system for Agilent 53132A counter with Virtual Instrumentation Software Architecture (VISA) and Standard Commnd for Program Instrument (SCPI) in Visual C+ + 6.0 through General Purpose Interface Bus (GPIB). The measurement for high-stability clock source by this system proves that this system is operated simply and has high measurement precision and is convenient for post-analysis and reprocessing.
