通过单因素及正交试验对高酰基结冷胶的摇瓶发酵培养基进行了优化,得到了高酰基结冷胶生产工艺中的最佳发酵培养基配方。结果表明:优化后的高酰基结冷胶发酵配方为:蔗糖2.75%,鱼蛋白胨0.25%,KH2PO40.10%,CaCO30.12%。50 L罐发酵试验结果表明,发酵液粘度为20 000 cp,纯胶收率达1.55%以上。该结果可为提高高酰基结冷胶的产胶率提供参考。

통과단인소급정교시험대고선기결랭효적요병발효배양기진행료우화,득도료고선기결랭효생산공예중적최가발효배양기배방。결과표명:우화후적고선기결랭효발효배방위:자당2.75%,어단백동0.25%,KH2PO40.10%,CaCO30.12%。50 L관발효시험결과표명,발효액점도위20 000 cp,순효수솔체1.55%이상。해결과가위제고고선기결랭효적산효솔제공삼고。
In order to obtain the optimal fermentation medium formula for the high acyl gellan gum production,the optimization research on the medium of shaking flask fermentation of high aeyl gellan gum were conducted by using single factor analysis and orthogonal test method. The results showed that,optimum fermentation medium formula were as follows,the proportion of saecharose was 2.75% ,fish peptone was 0.25% ,KH2PO4 was 0. 10%, and CaCO3 was 0.12%. The results of 50 L eanist experiment showed that, fermentation liquor viscosity was 20 000 cp, pure gum productive rate reached 1.55%. The results could provide references for improving the gum-yielding rate of high acyl gellan gum.
