The utilization quantity of nitrogen fertilizer is the largest among nutrition elements in agricultural production. Nitrogen loss of the circle track was the main cause of non-point source pollution. The input and output of nitrogen in agricultural ecological cycle ,reasons and ways of non-point source pollution formed by nitrogen losses were discussed. Some control measures were put forward, so as to reduce nitrogen loss in agricultural ecosystem.
