为了提高客车DC600 V供电电源的功率因数,减小输出电压的波动,对主电路提出了基于"二极管不控整流+IGBT降压斩波"的设计。通过对主电路的PSIM仿真,表明该电路能够大幅提高DC600 V电源的功率因数,而且使输出电压稳定在600 V左右,达到了设计目的,能满足对客车供电的质量需求,保证用电设备的正常工作。
為瞭提高客車DC600 V供電電源的功率因數,減小輸齣電壓的波動,對主電路提齣瞭基于"二極管不控整流+IGBT降壓斬波"的設計。通過對主電路的PSIM倣真,錶明該電路能夠大幅提高DC600 V電源的功率因數,而且使輸齣電壓穩定在600 V左右,達到瞭設計目的,能滿足對客車供電的質量需求,保證用電設備的正常工作。

In order to improve the lower power factor ,output voltage fluctuation and other defects of the existing DC600 V power supply, the design of the main circuit based on'the rectifier Diode+IGBT buck chopper' is designed in this paper. By PSIM software,the work cases of different input voltage of the main circuit is simulated. The results show that it makes the output voltage stahillized between 600 V in 10ms,and greatly increase the Power Factor, reach the expected goal.So the new Passenger Car's DC600 V Power Supply meets the demand of Passenger car and ensure the normal operation of the electric equipment.
