采用微波消解、湿法消解和干法消化三种不同的前处理方法处理天麻样品,通过原子吸收光谱法测定其中的Co,Ni、Mn含量。结果表明,3种样品前处理方法在测定天麻中Co、Ni、Mn时,微波消解相对于湿法消解和干法灰化均有更好的精密度(9%以内)和准确度(98.51%~103.13%),并且具有快速,污染少,节省试剂,空白值低的优点。不同样品前处理方法的比较研究不仅为样品前处理方法的选择提供了参考数据,也为进一步研究天麻中金属元素的含量打下了基础。

Three kinds of methods, which were dry digestion, hydrodigestion and microwave - assisted digestion, were applied to digest Gastrodia elata for analyzing Co, Mn, Ni by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the precision(less than 9% ) and accuracy (98.51% 103. that of dry digestion and hydrodigestion, which was a rapid, less 13% )of microwave -assisted digestion was better than pollution, reagent- saving and low blank value method compared to the hydrodigestion and dry digestion. The results with different digestive methods provided as the reference data for the further studies, and also laid the foundation for further study of the determination of three metallic elements in Gastrodia elata.
