二吲哚基甲烷具有特别的生理活性,是一种很好的抗癌药物。固体酸氨基磺酸做催化剂,吲哚与醛、酮反应合成了一系列二吲哚基烷烃。对溶剂,温度,反应时间等工艺条件进行了探讨,优化条件为:水做溶剂,温度30~40℃,反应时间3h,此条件下产率最高达到83%。该方法温和简单,安全环保,是一种合成的好方法。

Bis( indol -3 -yl)methanes were good anticancer medicine for their specil biological activity. A solid acid sulfamic acid catalyzed the reaction of indole with aldehyde and ketone to afford bis (indol -3 -yl)methanes. The solvent, temperature, time and so on process conditions were explored, and the optimized conditions were water as sol- vent, temperature range 30 -40 ℃, and 3 h. The best yield was 83% , under the optimized conditions. This synthetic method was a gentle, simple, green and safe good technique.
