对中压配电网供电可靠性的成本、效益进行了剖析,提出了可靠性成本/效益精益化分析方法。将传统的可靠性边际成本曲线按照不同优化措施进行分解,从而得到为实现某一设定的可靠率而采用的最经济、合理的优化方案。应用该方法对南京市4个典型区域在“十二五”期间的配电网规划项目进行评估、优化,得到优化方案,取得了明显的经济效益。

A precision method for the reliability cost-benefit analysis is proposed by analyzing the cost and benefit of distribution network reliability. By decomposing the marginal reliability cost-benefit curve into different curves, the most economical and rational scheme is obtained for targeting a certain reliability value. The proposed precision analysis method is applied to evaluatirig and optimizing the distribution network planning for four typical areas in Nanjing during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Adoption of the optimal scheme obtained has yielded obvious economic benefits.
