在相关研究的基础上,考虑了用户侧电池储能系统在减少用户配电站建设容量和降低购电费用方面为用户带来的经济价值,建立了其降低配电变压器损耗和停电损失的价值模型。同时,考虑蓄电池储能系统的投资成本和运行维护成本,建立了其容量优化规划模型,并用粒子群优化算法进行了求解。
在相關研究的基礎上,攷慮瞭用戶側電池儲能繫統在減少用戶配電站建設容量和降低購電費用方麵為用戶帶來的經濟價值,建立瞭其降低配電變壓器損耗和停電損失的價值模型。同時,攷慮蓄電池儲能繫統的投資成本和運行維護成本,建立瞭其容量優化規劃模型,併用粒子群優化算法進行瞭求解。

Based on the relevant studies, in order to bring the battery energy storage system economical benefits in the user side caused by reducing capacity of user's distribution station and decreasing the power expenses for user, a value model for reducing loss of the transformer and power outage cost is built. In the mean time, considering the investment cost and operation and maintenance cost, the capacity optimization plan model for user' s battery energy storage system is developed and particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve it.
