抽水蓄能电站在大电网调峰调频中具有重要的作用。它具有响应速度快、爬坡能力强等特点,可以作为正常运行的调频手段,也可以同时作为电网事故备用,提供紧急支援。文中研究了在电网发生大功率缺额而导致低频条件下,如何通过切泵来达到抑制频率跌落的最佳效果。基于此,文中提出一种基于频率最优轨迹的低频切泵方案,建立系统最优频率轨迹变化曲线的目标函数,采用基于拉格朗日最优化算法获取低频切泵每轮的最佳频率动作值,给出了低频切泵的最优整定方案。通过PSASP软件进行仿真计算,验证了不同对比方案下的频率恢复效果,并给出了充分的证据说明了该方法的有效性和优越性。

Pumped storage power station has an important role in regulating frequency and peaking of large power grids. It has fast response and is climbing fast. It not only adjusts the frequency in normal operation but also provides emergency support as grid accident spare. The best scheme for under frequency pump shedding under the environment of extremely low frequency in power system is studied when it is short of large power. On this basis, a shedding pumps scheme is proposed based on optimal trajectory curve of frequency. Through establishing objective function of optimal trajectory curve of power system frequency, it uses Lagrange optimization algorithm to get the best action value of frequency in pump shedding. The frequency recovery effects of different schemes are analyzed through the PSASP software package and the sufficient evidence is given to illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of this algorithm.
