在专题学习网站下开展主题学习，是信息化时代的一种重要教学模式。通过建立专题学习网站，开展“主题学习”在《有机化学实验》教学中的应用研究。选取两个班作为研究对象，分别为实验组和对照组。围绕主题开展学习讨论。网站提供学习平台。通过问卷调查和理论考试分数评价教学效果。调查显示学习网站有利于提高学生的学习兴趣，丰富学生学习知识。

It was one of the important teaching mode of developing thematic study on the subject - learning website in information time. The subject - learning website were applied to teaching the Organic Chemistry Experiment. Selecting two classes for the study, one classified as the control group, and the other was classified as experimental group. Students en- gaged in studying and discussing around the learning topic, and subject -learning website provided a learning platform. Teaching effectiveness was evaluated through questionnaires and theory test. The survey showed that learning website would help improve students＇ interest in learning to enrich students＇ learning
