导师制是人才培养的一种新模式,在本科生教学中发挥着独特的作用。本文阐述了化学专业实施本科生导师制的意义,明确了导师的工作职责与要求,分析了实施本科生导师制的可行性,提出了实施本科生导师制的保障措施。从运行情况看,本科生导师制的确在育人方面具有独特功能:它能帮助解决人才培养过程中的诸多问题,切实提高大学教育教学质量。

Tutorial system was a talents training mode. The meaning of the tutorial system in chemical major, the qualifications, tasks and a responsibility of the tutors were discussed, the feasibility of implementation of the undergradu- ate tutorial was analyzed and safeguards were proposed. From the practical perspective, undergraduate tutorship indeed had a unique feature in education, which can help solve many problems in the process of the personnel training, and ef- fectively improve the quality of education.
