高职教育的合作教育从合作办学、合作育人、合作就业走向合作发展。辽宁工程技术大学应用技术学院电气工程系,以实习基地建设为依托,建立了稳定的实习基地,制定切合实际的合作育人管理机制,加强对学生进行全面素质教育,使毕业生所具备的素质不仅能满足合作教育单位的要求,同时也达到其他用人单位的需求。

The cooperative education of higher vocational education develops from cooperative running, cooperative education, and cooperative emploYment to cooperative development. Relying on the construction of training base, electrical engineering department, Applied Technology College of Liaoning Technical University, establishes stable training base, and lays down realistic cooperative educating management mechanism to strengthen the overall quality education for students so that graduates can not only be qualified with the requirement of cooperative educating units but also reach the demand standard of other employment units.
