调度生产数据一致性、准确性等数据质量问题日益突出,智能电网调度技术支持系统一体化平台也需要考虑调度数据质量辨识等新问题,而调度综合数据平台可提供研究积累和实践基础。介绍了包含统一编码、辨识规则及辨识方法的整体技术架构,具体讨论了基于固有属性、基于统计规律、基于电气连接、基于电网拓扑、基于多源数据分析和基于事件约束的数据质量辨识技术,并划分为单一辨识和综合辨识两大类。阐述包含各类辨识技术的辨识实践方案,对数据质量辨识流程进行探讨,介绍了实践工作和辨识实例,初步实践证明该方法可行、实用。

With the steady advance of smart grid construction, the integrity, consistency and accuracy of dispatching data are becoming increasingly important. The integration platform of the smart grid dispatching technical support system, in turn, should take dispatching data quality identification into consideration. The data platform is a data integration, sharing and service center that can provide the .technology base for data quality identification. Expounded in this paper is the technology architecture including the unified code, identification rule and identification method. This paper deals with various specific identification methods that take into account the intrinsic properties, statistical rule, electrmal connecnons, topology, multiple source data analysis and events constraint. Also dealt with are the identifying practice scheme consisting of all kinds of identifying methods and quality identification p'rocesses. An identification instance is detailed. Preliminary practice shows that the method is practical and feasible.
