基于同步相量测量技术的广域测量系统(WAMS)为电力系统各领域的研究和开发提供了全新的数据支持平台。相量数据集中器(PDC)是WAMS中连接同步相量测量单元(PMU)和测量主站的关键环节,目前多数解决方案是采用工控机来实现。实际情况表明,基于工控机的PDC在可靠性和可扩展性方面存在明显不足。采用刀片式构架理念设计的新型PDC极大地提高了其在可靠性和可扩展性方面的表现,特别是对基于IEC 61850标准过程层总线的智能变电站有很好的适应性,实际运行验证了所提出的解决方案有效、实用。

Wide area measurement system (WAMS) based on synchronized phasor measurement technology provides a new data support platform for research and development in all area of power system, that makes it possible to monitor and control the dynamic characteristics of gird asynehronously, and to greatly promote the research advancements of related application in power System. Data Concentrator is a key part in WAMS, which connecting synchronized phasor measurement unit (PMU) with main measuring station. Currently, most schemes for solution are implemented with industrial computer. Practices show that the industrial computer based data concentrator has apparent deficiency in reliability and scalability. The new data concentrator with blade structure design can significantly improve the performance in reliability and scalability. In particularly, the structure proposed shows strong adaptability in the application of smart substation based on the IEC 61850 process bus. Its practical operation in substation proved validity and practicality of the solution.
