采用溶液浇铸法制备了醋酸酯淀粉膜。利用扫描电镜手段考察了醋酸酯淀粉取代度、铸膜液溶剂及铸膜液浓度等因素对醋酸酯淀粉膜制备的影响并研究了该膜的耐水性能。结果表明,醋酸酯淀粉取代度越大,铸膜液溶剂挥发速度越低,铸膜液浓度8~20wt%,能制备出较好致静陛的醋酸酯淀粉膜。在水中24h后膜失重率约为13%,高取代醋酸酯淀粉膜具有较好耐水性能。
採用溶液澆鑄法製備瞭醋痠酯澱粉膜。利用掃描電鏡手段攷察瞭醋痠酯澱粉取代度、鑄膜液溶劑及鑄膜液濃度等因素對醋痠酯澱粉膜製備的影響併研究瞭該膜的耐水性能。結果錶明,醋痠酯澱粉取代度越大,鑄膜液溶劑揮髮速度越低,鑄膜液濃度8~20wt%,能製備齣較好緻靜陛的醋痠酯澱粉膜。在水中24h後膜失重率約為13%,高取代醋痠酯澱粉膜具有較好耐水性能。
채용용액요주법제비료작산지정분막。이용소묘전경수단고찰료작산지정분취대도、주막액용제급주막액농도등인소대작산지정분막제비적영향병연구료해막적내수성능。결과표명,작산지정분취대도월대,주막액용제휘발속도월저,주막액농도8~20wt%,능제비출교호치정폐적작산지정분막。재수중24h후막실중솔약위13%,고취대작산지정분막구유교호내수성능。
The membranes of starch acetate were prepared with the casting method in this paper.The influences of the factors including DS, the solvent and concentration of casting solution on preparation of the membranes of starch acetate were investigated by SEM. Moreover the water-resistance of the membrane was determined. Results showed that morecompact membrane was obtained with higher DS starch acetate, the solvent of casting solution with lower volatility and 8-20% concentration. Weight loss was measured to investigate the water-resistance of starch acetate. Results showed that weight loss was 13% in water after 24 hours. This suggested that better water stability can be achieved through higher DS.
