PICC（peripherallyinsertedcentralcatheter），是一种新型的深静脉置管技术，该法从周围静脉置入导管，使导管末端位于中心静脉。该注射技术适用于需要长期静脉输液、肠外营养、肿瘤化疗及老年病人的输液。伴随PICC的广泛应用，其并发症也随之显现出来，尤其是血液病患者在化疗期间骨髓抑制期所导致的粒细胞低下易出现感染，此时护理干预在避免及处理并发症上发挥重大的作用。
