探索超声波对覆冰桨叶的作用机理,利用势函数推导出复合板层中各层界面应力的计算通式。根据相似原理,在有限元分析软件ANSYS中建立桨叶除冰的物理模型与有限元模型,通过数值计算确定超声波除冰的最佳频率。利用自行开发的6套超声波除冰设备在人工环境实验室中进行桨叶除冰实验,对比数值计算结果与实验结果,验证数值计算数据的有效性,并分析设计的超声波风力机桨叶防除冰原型系统的可靠性。

Based on exploring the effect mechanism of ultrasonic on icing blades, the interface stress of each layer in composite lamellar were derived based on potential function. According to the similarity principle, the physical model and finite element model of blade de-icing in FEA software were established. By numerical calculation, the method for determining the optimal de-icing frequencies of ultrasonic waves was obtained. By using six sets ultrasonic de-icing equipment developed by the authors of this paper, the blade de-icing experiments in an artificial environment laboratory were completed. Through comparing the numerical results and experimental results, the validity of numerical data was verified, and the reliability of ultrasonic de-icing prototype system designed by authors was analyzed.
