为了解多孔介质内预混燃烧的温度特性和火焰面传播特性,采用红外热像仪对不同当量比和进口气体速度的甲烷/空气预混气体在泡沫陶瓷多孔介质内的燃烧进行试验研究。泡沫陶瓷材料采用碳化硅、氧化铝和氧化锆,泡沫陶瓷孔径采用394、787和1181PPM。结果表明,火焰面移动速度和当量比呈反比,受进口气体速度的影响不明显;火焰可以向上游或向下游传播,火焰面移动速度范围为-O.35-0.38mm/s确定了不同材料和孔径的泡沫陶瓷内的驻定燃烧当量比和白稳定当量比范围。

Temperature distribution and combustion wave propagation of combustion in ceramic foams were studied experimentally for premixed methane/air mixtures with various equivalence ratios and inlet velocities. The temperature distribution, maximum wall temperature and combustion wave propagation velocity were analyzed at different materials and pore densities of ceramic foams. Experimental results show that the combustion wave propagation velocity decreases with the equivalence ratio and changes little as inlet velocity increases. Downstream and upstream waves are obtained with a combustion wave propagation velocity ranging from -0.35 mm/s to 0.38 mm/s. Standing wave equivalence ratio and equivalence ratio range of stable flame are determined.
