Taking the sectional tunnel engineering of Xi＇ an subway line No. 1 as the background, through establishing FLAC numerical model, the paper calculates the safety impact of pile foundation perturbation upon the overpass safety while the shielding machine crosses overpass pile foundation, and puts forward construction measures. Supervision results show that the measures are effective and guarantee the safety of the over- pass.
