以铁尾矿砂取代天然砂作为细骨料配制自密实混凝土,对其工作性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,随着铁尾矿砂掺量的增加,拌合物流变性先增加后降低,当铁尾矿砂掺量超过60%时,自密实混凝土的流动性和填充性明显降低,铁尾矿砂掺量为40%~50%时,拌合物具有良好的工作性。

The paper takes ferrous mill tailings to replace natural sand as fine aggregate to make up self-compaction concrete, and carries out ex- perimental research on the working performance. Research results show that: the rheological behavior of the mixture will firstly increase and sec- ondly reduce with the increasing of ferrous mill railings mixing amount, the fluidity and filling ability of the self-compaction concrete will obviously reduce when the ferrous mill tailings mixing amount exceeds 60% , the mixture will have good working performance when the ferrous mill tailings mixing amount is 40% - 50%.
