目的探讨思乐扣应用于乳腺癌患者深静脉导管外固定的护理体会.方法 196例乳腺癌化疗患者进行深静脉导管置管并使用思乐扣进行外固定.结果仅有8例患者出现导管移位,无导管脱出.结论思乐扣可有效降低导管移位的发生率,防止导管脱出体外,可广泛应用于临床.

Objective To explore the application of Statlock in the nursing for breast cancer patient with deep venous catheter chemotherapy.Methods A total of 196 breast cancer patients with deep venous catheter chemotherapy were studied and the use of Statlock to fix the catheter.Results Only 8 cases of catheters displaced,without catheter prolapsed.Conclusions Statlock can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter displacement,prevent the prolapse of catheter in vitro,relieve patients to puncture the suffering and economic burden,and can be widely used in clinical.
