结核分枝杆菌L型由于其细胞壁缺陷,其形态表现为多形性特点,并可以逃避机体免疫而长存于患者体内,由于其在普通培养基内不容易生长,而导致误诊、漏诊、复发.L型菌感染有可能与某些疾病的发生有关.本文对结核分枝杆菌L型的形成、生物学特点、检测、诊断技术、遗传学、致病性等方面进行阐述.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis L-form shows pleomorphic characteristics because of its cell wall defects,and can escape the immune and survive in the patient's body for a long time.It is not easy to grow in normal medium,which lead to misdiagnosis and relapse.The L-form bacteria infection may be related to the occurrence of certain diseases.This paper explained the formation,biological characteristics,detection,diagnosis technology,genetics,and pathogenicity of mycobacterium tuberculosis L-form.
