目的 探讨基于Blackboard平台的《儿童护理学》网络课程建设和使用效果.方法 借助Blackboard教学平台建设《儿童护理学》网络课程,凸现网络教学的交互性、共享性、开放性特点,构建“以学生为中心”的教学模式,实现网络教学手段与传统教学手段的互补.以2009级护理本科三年级学生222人为教学对象,统计其对《儿童护理学》教学平台的访问率,并应用学业自我效能问卷评价网络教学实施前后学生学业自我效能的改变.结果 学生总访问次数为13999次,平均每人63次.网络课程开设后学生学业自我效能总分为(78.21±5.87)分,高于开设前的(72.19±5.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.31,P<0.01).结论 基于Blackboard平台的《儿童护理学》网络课程建设为师生提供了良好的交流平台,提高了学生自主学习的兴趣和主动学习的热情,有助于学生自我学习效能的提升.

Objective To explore the effect and construction of network course of children's care based on the Blackboard platform.Methods Based on the Blackboard platform,constructing the network course about children's care,showing the interaction,sharing and open of the net,building the teaching mode of studentcentered,realizing the complementation between traditional teaching and network teaching.Totals of 222 nursing students were enrolled into the study,and their click on the network course of children's care were collected,and were investigated with the academic self-efficacy questionnaire before and after the network course implementation.Results The total click of students was 13999 times with the average of each 63 times.And the academic self-efficacy scores of students was significantly higher than that before the implementation of the network course [(78.21 ± 5.87) vs (72.19 ± 5.72) ; t =5.31,P < 0.01)].Conclusions The network course of children's care based on the Blackboard platform provides a better communication chance for teachers and students,improves their interest and enthusiasm for studying,and improves their academic self-efficacy level.
