目的探讨抗过敏、抗炎、润肤和饮食调整等综合措施对婴幼儿重症湿疹治疗效果.方法选取我院2010年2月至2012年6月期间80例婴幼儿重症湿疹病例,患儿均与其自身前后对照,采用饮食限制、润肤、抗过敏、抗炎等方法治疗,观察临床症状及皮损改善情况.结果所有患儿治疗第2天开始显效,疗程2周时70例皮损痊愈,治愈率87.5％,10例显效,总有效率100.0％.3个月后随访,14例有轻度反复,皮损面积小于15％.结论采用抗过敏、抗炎、润肤、饮食限制等综合措施能有效治疗顽固、重症婴幼儿湿疹.
목적 탐토항과민、항염、윤부화음식조정등종합조시대영유인중증습진치료효과.방법 선취아원2010년2월지2012년6월기간80례영유인중증습진병례,환인균여기자신전후대조,채용음식한제、윤부、항과민、항염등방법치료,관찰림상증상급피손개선정황.결과 소유환인치료제2천개시현효,료정2주시70례피손전유,치유솔87.5％,10례현효,총유효솔100.0％.3개월후수방,14례유경도반복,피손면적소우15％.결론 채용항과민、항염、윤부、음식한제등종합조시능유효치료완고、중증영유인습진.
Objective To study the therapeutic effect on the severe eczema in infants and children by using multiple drugs.Methods Eighty cases with severe eczema were treated by restricting diet,moisturizing the skin,anti-inflammation,anti-allergy and other measures from February 2010 to June 2012.The symptoms and skin signs were observed and compared with themselves before and after treatment.Results All children got better the second day.Seventy patients were cured after treatment for two weeks ; the cure rate was 87.5 ％.Ten patients were significantly effectiveand the total effective rate was 100.0％.Fourteen cases relapsed gently after three months and the area of skin injury was smaller than 15％.Conclusion The therapy of severe eczema by anti-inflammation,anti-allergy,restricting diet and moisturizing the skin is effective.
