为观察免疫佐剂左旋咪唑对新城疫活疫苗免疫效果的影响,该研究将40只鸡随机分为A、B、C、CK组(每组10只),A、B、C组分别使用加入高、中、低剂量左旋咪唑无菌稀释液的新城疫活疫苗1羽份/只,分别于7日龄、28日龄滴鼻、点眼免疫。以生理盐水作对照组。免疫后的7、14、21、28日翅下静脉采血测抗新城疫病毒(NDV)抗体滴度。结果表明:给药组抗体水平都高于生理盐水对照组(p<0.05),不同给药剂量组别的抗体水平无明显变化。
為觀察免疫佐劑左鏇咪唑對新城疫活疫苗免疫效果的影響,該研究將40隻鷄隨機分為A、B、C、CK組(每組10隻),A、B、C組分彆使用加入高、中、低劑量左鏇咪唑無菌稀釋液的新城疫活疫苗1羽份/隻,分彆于7日齡、28日齡滴鼻、點眼免疫。以生理鹽水作對照組。免疫後的7、14、21、28日翅下靜脈採血測抗新城疫病毒(NDV)抗體滴度。結果錶明:給藥組抗體水平都高于生理鹽水對照組(p<0.05),不同給藥劑量組彆的抗體水平無明顯變化。

To investigate the effect of levamisole on immune effects of newcastle disease vaccine ,the testing chickens were divided into four groups named group A,B,C and CK,10 chickens every group.A,B and C group were treated with high,medium and low dose of levamisole sterile diluent and newcastle disease active vaccine ,by nose and eye drops at 7 days age and 28 days age.A normal saline was took as control group.The blood samples were collected at 7 d , 14 d , 21 d , 28 d after inoculation , antibody titer were analyzed by hem-agglutination inhibition ( HI ) . The results showed that the level of antibodies of 3 treat groups was significantly higher than that of controt group (p<0.05).And there was a little variation among experimental group with different dosage of levamisole at the same stage.
