为更好地对牡丹进行促成栽培或组织培养,选取牡丹早、中、晚花3种类型,共41个品种,取其带顶芽的枝条在去离子水中进行培养,研究发现:经过45 d(10℃以下)的自然低温,牡丹晚花品种的电导率要高于早、中花品种,但是晚花品种鳞芽的生长情况,不如早、中花品种。

위경호지대모단진행촉성재배혹조직배양,선취모단조、중、만화3충류형,공41개품충,취기대정아적지조재거리자수중진행배양,연구발현:경과45 d(10℃이하)적자연저온,모단만화품충적전도솔요고우조、중화품충,단시만화품충린아적생장정황,불여조、중화품충。
In order to forcing culture or tissue culture of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.,the shoots of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which owned terminal buds were cultured in the deionized ater,and there were 41 cultivars of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.,including early,middle,and late-maturing kinds in this experiment. The results showed that after 45 day-long natural low-temperature treatment (below 10℃),electric conductivity of late-maturing cultivars were higher than the early-maturing cultivars and middle-maturing cultivars ,but the growing conditions of late-maturing cultivars buds were worse than the buds of early-maturing cultivars and middle-maturing cultivars.
