目的研究氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压肾病患者的作用效果。方法选取我院2012年1月~2013年6月收治的76例高血压肾病患者,将其随机分成观察组及对照组,每组38例患者,观察组给予口服氨氯地平及替米沙坦治疗,对照组仅给予口服替米沙坦治疗,观察用药前后血压、尿蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐的变化。结果两组患者血压较治疗前均显著降低,但观察组下降更为明显,<0.05,两组治疗后的24h尿蛋白及尿素氮、肌酐均较治疗前明显下降,但观察组下降更加明显,<0.05。结论氨氯地平联合替米沙坦可达到更好的降压、减少蛋白尿,保护肾功能的效果,延缓高血压造成的肾损害并发症的进展,值得临床上的推广使用。

목적연구안록지평연합체미사탄치료고혈압신병환자적작용효과。방법선취아원2012년1월~2013년6월수치적76례고혈압신병환자,장기수궤분성관찰조급대조조,매조38례환자,관찰조급여구복안록지평급체미사탄치료,대조조부급여구복체미사탄치료,관찰용약전후혈압、뇨단백、뇨소담、기항적변화。결과량조환자혈압교치료전균현저강저,단관찰조하강경위명현,<0.05,량조치료후적24h뇨단백급뇨소담、기항균교치료전명현하강,단관찰조하강경가명현,<0.05。결론안록지평연합체미사탄가체도경호적강압、감소단백뇨,보호신공능적효과,연완고혈압조성적신손해병발증적진전,치득림상상적추엄사용。
Objective To study the ef ect of treat hypertensive nephropathy with patients with telmisartan combine amlodipine .Methods Select 76 cases in our hospital between January 2012 and June 2013 who were diagnose hypertensive renal disease were,divided them into observation group and control group randomly, both 38 patients,the observation group received oral amlodipine and telmisartan therapy, the control group received oral telmisartan therapy only, observed blood pressure, urine protein, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine before and after treatment. Results Blood pressure in two groups were significantly lower compared with before treatment, but the Degree of decline in observation group were more pronounced than control group , <0.05, 24-hour urine protein and blood urea nitrogen,creatinine of two groups were significantly lower compared with before treatment, but more pronounced decline in the observation group, <0.05. Conclusion Amlodipine combine Telmisartan therapy may achieve bet er blood pressure decline,can reduce proteinuria significantly and protect renal function preferably, delaying the progress of kidney damage caused by hypertension complications,this therapy should be introduced clinical y.
