It is an important project as well as a flourishing branch of science for a medical college to cope with the new situation in the development of medical science,to explore and establish a new model for medical students on how to get employed and start businesses to improve the qualities of medical education and to increase the employment rate of graduates.Six combinations are to be maintained in educating medical students on how to get employed and start businesses.The emphasis should be placed on how to improve effectiveness and usefulness,how to help medical students establish correct values in life and have a good attitude toward employment,equipped with high qualities and competitiveness.
