目的：探讨股骨近端锁定解剖加压钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法回顾分析2009年3月~2012年4月本院骨科应用股骨近端锁定解剖加压钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折60例临床资料。结果随访8~48个月，平均14个月，所有病例骨折愈合无髋内翻，无内植物失效。按Harris髋关节评分，优35例，良16例，中7例，差2例，优良率85%。结论股骨近端锁定解剖加压钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折有一定优势并能获得较好的临床疗效。
목적：탐토고골근단쇄정해부가압강판치료노년고골조륭간골절적림상효과。방법회고분석2009년3월~2012년4월본원골과응용고골근단쇄정해부가압강판치료노년고골조륭간골절60례림상자료。결과수방8~48개월，평균14개월，소유병례골절유합무관내번，무내식물실효。안Harris관관절평분，우35례，량16례，중7례，차2례，우량솔85%。결론고골근단쇄정해부가압강판치료노년고골조륭간골절유일정우세병능획득교호적림상료효。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect by using anatomical proximal femoral locking compression plate fixation for intertrochanteric fractures in elderly. Methods From March 2009 to April 2012, we retrospectively analyzed 60 cases of clinical data by using anatomical proximal femoral locking compression plate fixation of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly. Results Followed up for 8 to 48 months, average of 14 months. All the fractures healed without varus and internal plant failure. According to Harris hip score:excellent (35 cases), good (16 cases), fair(7 cases) and poor (2 cases), the excellent and good rate was 85%. Conclusion We can get better clinical efficacy by using anatomical proximal femoral locking compression plate for intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients and it has some advantages.
