随着峨口铁矿露天开采进入后期,采出矿石贫化率增加,入磨品位降低,选矿生产成本逐年加大。通过研究粉矿干选工艺,将该工艺嵌入磨选老工艺中,研究形成了一系列关键技术,使粉矿干选工艺在老矿山应用取得了成功。
隨著峨口鐵礦露天開採進入後期,採齣礦石貧化率增加,入磨品位降低,選礦生產成本逐年加大。通過研究粉礦榦選工藝,將該工藝嵌入磨選老工藝中,研究形成瞭一繫列關鍵技術,使粉礦榦選工藝在老礦山應用取得瞭成功。

As the opencast mining of Ekou Iron Mine comes into late stage,mineral processing costs are on the increase year by year as dilution rates of mined ores increase,but grades of feed ores decrease.Through the study of ore fines dry-type magnetic separation process,a series of key technologies have been developed by the means of embedding the new process of ore fines dry-type magnetic separation in the old process of grinding and classification,thus enabling the application of ore fines dry-type magnetic separation process in old mines to achieve success.
