本文透过“国考热”现象，分析其产生的深层原因与制度背景。笔者在引入波兰尼“再分配经济”的概念后提出了如下两个问题：（1）再分配社会中政治资本与人力资本的投资收益序列是什么样的？（2）再分配社会中教育投资在政治资本的转化过程中具有什么样的信号作用？研究表明，青年人热衷于向体制内的回流与我国当前劳动力市场中的资本收益序列相关，而这一收益序列结构又是在我国长期实行的经济再分配机制内形成的。显然，只有揭示出这三者之间的内在关系，才能对教育投资、职业流动与政治资本的形成进行一种系统连贯的说明。
本文透過“國攷熱”現象，分析其產生的深層原因與製度揹景。筆者在引入波蘭尼“再分配經濟”的概唸後提齣瞭如下兩箇問題：（1）再分配社會中政治資本與人力資本的投資收益序列是什麽樣的？（2）再分配社會中教育投資在政治資本的轉化過程中具有什麽樣的信號作用？研究錶明，青年人熱衷于嚮體製內的迴流與我國噹前勞動力市場中的資本收益序列相關，而這一收益序列結構又是在我國長期實行的經濟再分配機製內形成的。顯然，隻有揭示齣這三者之間的內在關繫，纔能對教育投資、職業流動與政治資本的形成進行一種繫統連貫的說明。

This article focuses on the educational phenomenon which called national civil servant examination fever in china and analyzes its underlying causes and institutional background. With the help of the concept redistributive economy which was proposed by Karl Polanyi the thesis put forward two following questions:1. What is the Capital gain sequence like in the redistribution society? 2. What is the signal role dose the educational capital play in its transformation of political capital? The conclusion shows that there are relationships between the phenomenon Chinese young people keen to squeeze into government system and the labor market especially China's Capital gain sequence which is formed within china`s long-established mechanisms of redistributive economy. Obviously, only after the reveal of above institutional background, we can get a systematic coherent explanation about the relationship among educational investment, occupational mobility and political capital formation.
