基于SolidWorks软件建立电火花加工机床整机三维模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行机床整机模态分析。结果表明:电火花加工机床整机的固有频率高于工作频率,满足设计指标要求。由机床整机振型图可看出,床身、立柱、工作台和滑板的变形较小,而滑枕、Z轴底座和Z轴的变形较大。提高滑枕和Z轴及其底座的刚度值,是提高机床加工精度和稳定性的关键。

The 3D model of EDM machine is realized by using SolidWorks software. The model analysis is made by ANSYS Workbench software. The results show that natural frequencies are higher than the working frequency, which meets the design requirements. From vibration models of the EDM machine, we can see that the deformations of bed, column, worktable and sliding plate are small, but the deformations of ram, base of Z-axis and Z-axis are large. Improving the stiffness of ram, base of Z-axis and Z-axis, is the key to ensure the performance of machine tool such as machining accuracy and stability.
