针对闭式整体涡轮叶盘的特殊加工要求,充分利用六轴联动所能提供的空间可达性,提出并实现了一些专门用于加工闭式涡轮叶盘的特殊功能,旨在大幅提高系统的加工效率与精度,降低加工成本。基于开源操作系统与可编程运动控制器,开发了六轴联动电火花加工数控系统,用于控制3个移动轴和3个回转轴的同时插补。该系统包括连续平滑的空间曲线路径及电极空间姿态角的六轴联动单位弧长增量法直接插补技术、曲线路径的六轴联动伺服进给与回退技术、曲线路径的六轴联动抬刀技术等。六轴联动极大地提高了加工柔性与自由度,使该系统可用于更多类型、更复杂曲面的加工。
針對閉式整體渦輪葉盤的特殊加工要求,充分利用六軸聯動所能提供的空間可達性,提齣併實現瞭一些專門用于加工閉式渦輪葉盤的特殊功能,旨在大幅提高繫統的加工效率與精度,降低加工成本。基于開源操作繫統與可編程運動控製器,開髮瞭六軸聯動電火花加工數控繫統,用于控製3箇移動軸和3箇迴轉軸的同時插補。該繫統包括連續平滑的空間麯線路徑及電極空間姿態角的六軸聯動單位弧長增量法直接插補技術、麯線路徑的六軸聯動伺服進給與迴退技術、麯線路徑的六軸聯動抬刀技術等。六軸聯動極大地提高瞭加工柔性與自由度,使該繫統可用于更多類型、更複雜麯麵的加工。

To meet the requirements for the manufacture of integrated shrouded blisks,a six-axis electro-discharge machining (EDM) CNC system has been developed to take the advantage of the spatial reachability provided by the six axis structure. Built upon the open Ubuntu Linux operation system (OS) and a programmable motion control card,this EDM CNC system can achieve a coordinated interpolation for three linear axes as well three rotary axes. This CNC system has implemented several critical techniques for a better control of an EDM process,which includes Generalized Unit Arc Length Increment (GUALI) method six-axis simultaneous interpolation algorithm,six-axis simultaneous servo control for the forward/backward movement of the electrode along a spatial curve,six-axis coordinated jump along a curve,etc. The six -axis system greatly improved flexibility and freedom in a manufacturing process in the sense that this type of CNC system can be used for the manufacture of a large range of workpieces whose surfaces are complex.
