目的:探讨路径式教学法在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法:以58名护理实习生为对象,随机分为两组,对照组29名采取传统带教,观察组29名采取临床路径式教学,对两组的教学效果进行评价。结果:观察组理论成绩和操作成绩分别为(92.6±2.8)分和(94.6±3.2)分,对照组的两项成绩分别为(84.2±2.4)分和(86.4±3.0)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对本次教学的满意度100%,对照组的满意度79.31%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径式教学法提高了教学质量,值得进一步借鉴推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of pathway type teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods:58 cases of nursing students as the objects were randomLy divided into two groups.29 cases of the control group adopted the traditional teaching.29 cases of the observation group adopted the clinical pathway type teaching.The teaching effects of two groups were evaluated.Results:The theoretical result and operation result of the observation group were (92.6 ± 2.8) scores and (94.6±3.2)scores.The two results of the control group were (84.2±2.4) scores and (86.4±3.0)scores.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of this teaching in the observation group was 100%,and that of the control group was 79.31%.Conclusion:The clinical pathway type teaching method improves the quality of teaching,and it is worthy of further popularized.
