目的：研讨脑型血吸虫病的临床特征、诊断及治疗，以提高诊疗水平。方法：分析报告1例脑型血吸虫病及近10年相关文献，总结该病的临床表现、诊断及治疗等特点。结果：脑型血吸虫病近几年有升高趋势，但易误诊。结论：脑型血吸虫病易误诊应加强对本病的认识，进一步提高诊治水平。
目的：研討腦型血吸蟲病的臨床特徵、診斷及治療，以提高診療水平。方法：分析報告1例腦型血吸蟲病及近10年相關文獻，總結該病的臨床錶現、診斷及治療等特點。結果：腦型血吸蟲病近幾年有升高趨勢，但易誤診。結論：腦型血吸蟲病易誤診應加彊對本病的認識，進一步提高診治水平。
목적：연토뇌형혈흡충병적림상특정、진단급치료，이제고진료수평。방법：분석보고1례뇌형혈흡충병급근10년상관문헌，총결해병적림상표현、진단급치료등특점。결과：뇌형혈흡충병근궤년유승고추세，단역오진。결론：뇌형혈흡충병역오진응가강대본병적인식，진일보제고진치수평。
Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of cerebral schistosomiasis,in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:1 case of cerebral schistosomiasis and nearly 10 years related literature were analyzed and reproted.The clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and other characteristics of this disease were summarized.Results:Cerebral schistosomiasis in recent years had a rising trend,but it was easy to misdiagnosis.Conclusion:Cerebral schistosomiasis is easy to misdiagnosis that should strengthen the understanding of the disease to further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
