原发性乳腺骨外尤文氏肉瘤是一种软组织恶性小圆细胞性肿瘤疾病类型，早期诊断难度较大，临床诊断多使用病理组织学与免疫组化分析检验法。同时因病情发展迅速，恶性程度高，转移率高，预后效果不理想，基于患者病情给予综合治疗可以提高生存率。本文回顾性分析了1例原发性乳腺外尤文氏肉瘤的临床资料，以探讨原发性乳腺骨外尤文氏肉瘤临床病理学特点和诊断效果。
原髮性乳腺骨外尤文氏肉瘤是一種軟組織噁性小圓細胞性腫瘤疾病類型，早期診斷難度較大，臨床診斷多使用病理組織學與免疫組化分析檢驗法。同時因病情髮展迅速，噁性程度高，轉移率高，預後效果不理想，基于患者病情給予綜閤治療可以提高生存率。本文迴顧性分析瞭1例原髮性乳腺外尤文氏肉瘤的臨床資料，以探討原髮性乳腺骨外尤文氏肉瘤臨床病理學特點和診斷效果。

Primary extraskeletal ewing's sarcoma of breast is one type of malignant soft tissue small round cell tumor disease, with difficulty in early diagnosis.Pathological histology and immunohistochemical analysis are often used in clinical diagnosis. Comprehensive treatment based on patient’ s condition can improve the survival rate,because of rapid development of illness, high malignant degree,high transfer rate and poor prognosis.In this paper,the author has retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 case of primary extraskeletal ewing's sarcoma of breast,in order to analyze its pathological features and diagnostic effects.
