长期以来，后进生的教育问题，就是整个教学界面临的一个重大课题，它不仅是后进生本人的问题，同时也是学校、家庭、社会的沉重问题。这也引起了教育界的高度重视，引出了许多解决此问题的课题研究，然而问题仍然普遍存在。根据二十几年的小学班主任工作经验，谈谈在转化后进生工作中的几点做法。

For a long time,the problem of education of the backward students is a major issue is facing,it is not only the backward students problem ,at the same time is also the heavy issue of school,family and social. This is highly valued by the education sector,and leads to many solutions to this problem research,but the problem still exists. I according to more than 20 years of primary school teacher in charge work experience,talk about several practices in the transformation of backward students.
